Nevada Resident:
Please indicate whether you are a Nevada resident. This form attempts to keep a running total of your steaming costs (displayed down by the Submit button) as you enter them and it must know whether to include sales tax.

The general type of your gown gives us a base price. The cost of other items, services or sales will be added to this base price as you select them.

It is preferable for the bride to oversee the steaming arrangements for her entire party, submiting only one reservation and shipping all the items together. If that is not possible, others in the wedding party can make their own reservation separately by choosing the appropriate garment type in this section. In this case, be sure to
include your Party Name in the shipment to assure positive identification.
Gown Types
Color and Designer
If you have more than one gown, just give information regarding your principle ceremony gown. Then, indicate multiple gowns or veils further down in this section.
Multiple gowns and veils
This form can track one or two gowns and one or two veils. Any special needs or circumstances can be handled by real people, so just make a brief note in the comments area and we can work out the details later.
Silk Based Couture Gowns
A couture (high sewing
fr.) gown can be very elaborate and is usually of silk or a silk blend. It it will need special treatment and must be dry pressed. There may be a tag in the gown with any special handling instructions. If not, the bridal store where the gown was purchased may be able provide information regarding any special conciderations if you ask them. These conciderations must be taken into account even if the gown has only one layer of silk or silk blend, like for instance, a silk chiffon overlay.
Non Couture Gowns
A non-couture gown may be rather elaborate, but is usually of a simpler design and will usually be 100% polyester with no silk features.
Informal Gowns
An informal gown is usually a long gown with only two layers or, possibly, a cocktail “shorty” style. These can also be rather elaborate, but are usually of simpler design. A very elaborate style, a lot of beaded trim or any silk in its makeup may classify it as couture and the steaming cost may need to be adjusted when I get to see it.
SERVICE OPTIONS
Select your Service Option before proceeding. If you don't the rest of this section will not display properly.
Ship items ahead for delivery —You may ship your items to
FitForaBride and have them delivered to your hotel or wedding location. You may pay when submitting the form or anytime later. However, if you are paying at delivery time, please be prepared with cash only.
Full Pick-up and Delivery —Select full pickup and delivery service to have your items picked up from your hotel Bell Desk, Salon/Chapel or, not at the Special price, your room and delivered to the location you specified in the form. Again, if paying at delivery time, please pay with cash.
Self Service —The above two options incur an additional delivery fee. But alternatively, you can ship your items ahead or drop them off at
FitForaBride and pick them up yourself at no additional charge. And also, in this case, you can pay for your steaming
at any time you choose with your credit card.
In this case (and anytime you wish to come to the Studio) please reserve a time/date to assure there will be someone here to meet you.
Same Day Service
You could conceivably ship your gown to
FitForaBride, drop it off at the Studio or have it picked up from your hotel room and delivered back to your hotel or your ceremony location
on the same day for an additional charge.
However, this is a touchy (and dangerous) operation. With timing this critical, any delay in traffic may be hazardous to your wedding plans and your mental well being. If at all possible, allow more time, but if necessary...

Delivery Dates and Times
Enter the time/s, date/s and address/es for drop-off, pickup and delivery. If some of this information is not yet known or doesn't apply, enter what you do know and “Unknown” or “Not applicable” (NA) in the other field/s. This will reserve your time slot and then you can update us by phone or email when you finalize things. It is important to make your reservation early to assure a timely delivery.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can make all advance payments by credit card unless you are shipping your items to
FitForaBride and wish to enclose your check or a money order in the shipment.
Unless you are picking up your items at
FitForaBride's Studio, when paying at delivery time, the only available payment form will be cash.
Sorry... No personal checks or credit cards upon delivery away from Studio.
