I realize that, especially when ordering items from a catalog or online store, they often end up not fitting or working the way you had in mind or not going with your outfit quite the way you thought they would. So within 30 days of your receiving the item, you may return it for a full refund (minus a small restocking fee). Or apply the entire amount to any other product or service you wish and there will be no restocking fee. I want to have my small part in making preparations for your special occasion successful and pleasant! So I work hard to assure your complete satisfaction. Just contact me by phone or email for Return Authorization.

Then package your item securely and send it back to me with your Return Authorization. You will receive a check in the amount of the your original purchase price, minus 15 percent, by return mail. You can't go wrong with a return policy like mine!
